Modernized systems, such as a state-of-the-art digital building management system (BMS), smart meters, and new technologies ensuring optimal ventilation quality, overall thermal comfort and energy-efficient lighting, are expected to lead to significant improvements in the building’s energy efficiency and tenant comfort.

30%

The renovation process is expected to lead to a 30% reduction in the building's primary energy demand (PED), resulting in energy consumption 40% below the European average as defined by the Deepki ESG Index (http://index-esg.com/).

Taxonomy

The planned PED reduction is in line with the Technical Screening Criteria for the renovation of existing buildings set forth in the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

New Saski Point
already in 2025

As early as the beginning of 2024, we will launch the next phase - a full refurbishment combined with the replacement of the façade to reveal a beautiful view of the Saxon Garden in the spirit of sustainability, fully benefiting from daylight, energy-efficient and full-height glazing.

After the renovation, we will provide approximately 9,000 sqm of modern office space designed for the most demanding clients who are looking for a boutique atmosphere that enables the latest high tech solutions.
